You Tube is a video site many people use for blogging, and allows users to post written comments, as well as video responses.
This is a video blog p
osted by user Chris Crocker that stirred controversy across the bored people of the entire country. He posted a
video asking people to leave brittany spears alone, and spurred a million comm
ents, and parodies from around the world.
I'd have to say that this post was very effective.

The second one I chose is National Public Radio's Facebook page. They have a discussion forum for uses, and also post topics of potential shows as status updates for people to comment on. Quite a few of these comments become part of the show if it airs.

This forum is about NPR banning it's employees from attending a Jon Stewart rally, and people are weighing in on their views of wether it's right or wrong, or if we should care. It is only effective if you are already a member of their FB.

The third page I chose is the M-Live site, which for many has replaced the newspaper, and allows for comments and discussion among local residents about local issues. This post is in relation to an article about illegal immigrants employed locally. This is a very effective site, as the posts are related to the topic, and people seem to follow some etiquette in responding to each other.
